I have been working as a professional counsellor since 2001, when I gained my diploma in counselling from Swansea University. I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am also registered on the United Kingdom Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. Over the last eleven years I have helped numerous clients with their emotional and psychological problems. These include depression, anxiety, grief and bereavement, difficulties in work life balance and confidence building. I am also an experienced relationship counsellor and supervise other counsellors.
