    I used ksm home maintenance because i found that ken, the chap who came out to price and do the job, very down to earth and helpfull. He didnt try to baffle me with technical terms and the like, ken explaind exactly what the job would involve in plain english and pointed out before hand a few things i hadn't taken into account. The quotation given was what i paid there was no hidden extras and it was cheaper than what a friend of mine had recently paid to have similar work done with a different firm. All in all very pleased and totaly recommend.
