Bathroom/Shower room re-fitting

We have recently had a shower room and bathroom re-fitted. The materials provided by this firm are good, but we are bitterly disappointed with the finish in both rooms . The firm does not employ its own fitters but we naively accepted the ones highly recommended by the General Manager Brian Thornton. The result is botched and amateurish and I cannot recommend them for this reason. In addition, their planner made so many errors in his measurements that the plans had to be changed several times during the period of installation - which was protracted. Visitors to our home are similarly disillusioned by the less than professional finish. There is no after-sales service and complaints are ignored. I am prepared to let anyone thinking of using this company examine the work done in our home, 55 Kings Road, Llandybie, before they commit.
