completley uncaring.
housing options high street swansea is a complete waste of time,they do absolutley nothing to help you unless they have to. my partner and i have been on their rehousing list for well over 3 years now and they have done nothing for us.they have repeatedly conveniently lost our applications,important supporting letters and other forms. we applied for rehousing when my partner first found out that she was pregnant and our son is now 3 years old.we are still stuck in a 1 bedroom flat,my son does not have a room of his own and the only way we can be quickly rehoused is if we move to a run down area which we won't do,we don't want our son growing up on a rough estate,he shouldn't have to. we will probably be stuck here for at least another 4 years and they just don't care.
