What a shambles. I ordered and paid for a �£269 jacket on a Friday with a promise of delivery on Tuesday. This didnt happen. I rang and was told that the shop had not recieved the goods and that it would be sent out on Tuesday. They would track the order and someone would contact me. No one did,I rang again to be told that they still hadnt received the jacket and would not do so until the next day and that I should now receive it on the Thursday. Their communications or lack of is terrible,happy to take the money but dont deliver.

be warned

very unprofessional and unreliable. they charge whole amount on 2 item order, send only one item and put the second on backorder for 3 months without notifiyng or replying to my emails. i still struggle to get a refund for the 2nd non received item after an additional period of 2 weeks. be warned!
