  After a horrible experience with a call centre company I sheepishly called back on The Phone Box in Skewen where I had been for many years. Byron spent ages on the phone unravelling the mess I'd put myself in. Fair play to the guy, he put everything right for me without fuss. I'm sorry I tried another company, and from now will be sticking with these guys. Keep the good work up lads !

  i ham a vizitor to uk. i hav problem wit my phone. phonebox repair fore me. nice persons said i am vizitor to wales so no pay. very gtaful for help. some day i repay them wen in my contry.

  I had a problem with my phone which I didnt buy from these people, but went there seeking help. Not only did I get help, but they contacted the network and sorted the problem for me the same time without charge. Rarely do you find such good service these days from people who care. Excellent service, would definately recommend these people. Nice coffee too.
