I am giving 0 stars. I ordered a jacket in March 2013 and they rang me and told me they did not have it in the colour I ordered, so I cancelled my order. I thought nothing more of it until I checked my credit card statement and noticed that I had not been refunded. It has taken me a month so far to get them to the point of getting a refund. I have tried to phone them, no answer and no answer machine, there is a recorded message telling you to mail them, I did that and did not receive an an answer until I said I would take court action and they said I needed to phone the shop with my card details as they do not store them! I told them I can't because they never answer. Finally I said I will proceed with action and gave them a time limit, they are processing my refund through details provided by e-mail to them a couple of weeks ago, although I have still not had it they have said they will take 3-5 days to process. it is now over two months since my original order. I almost want them not to pay so they will have to pay court costs and cost them money so they will learn that customers have rights and they should not treat people like this.
